Fixes and Accounts Simplification

Bug fixes across quick actions, dashboard tab default, and liability ledger rendering. Accounts page restored to a compact grouped list for at-a-glance visibility. Opening balances now render as a distinct non-editable ledger row that no longer distorts reports or KPIs.

Fixes
  • Quick Actions: Credit card and loan accounts can now be selected when adding an expense or income via Quick Actions.
  • Dashboard Overview: Now defaults to the Health tab for every user, regardless of invoice data.
  • Liability Ledger: Entries now show the correct sign and color when a manual adjustment reduces the debt.
  • Opening Balances: Now render as a distinct non-editable ledger row that no longer distorts monthly reports, budget utilization, or KPIs. This also fixes the mysterious running-balance offset some credit card ledgers had on their first transaction.
Improvements
  • Accounts Page: Restored the compact grouped list so all accounts are visible at a glance. KPI cards and chip filter are kept.
  • Account Colors: Added a new Silver color option when customizing accounts.
