v1.9.15 · Released · May 23, 2026
Correct Currency Symbols and Branded Invoice PDFs
Invoice totals now render with the right currency symbol in every supported currency, fixing a real correctness bug where the peso, won, and baht signs collided with the first digit and made amounts unreadable. Your invoices can now carry your business identity: set a business name, address, Tax ID, and payment instructions, and the PDF leads with your name and tells clients exactly how to pay. The whole invoice PDF got a redesign to match. You also get a single switch to turn all notification emails on or off, plus a custom delivery email so alerts and reports can land in the inbox you choose. And the changelog no longer shows two "Latest" badges at once.
Currency Symbols Fixed
- **Totals are now unambiguous in every currency.** The PDF font had no glyph for the peso (₱), won (₩), or baht (฿) signs, so the symbol crashed into the first digit: ₱4,706.80 read as *₱,706.80* and ₱85 looked like *฿5*. Every supported currency symbol now renders cleanly, with a clear gap before the amount.
- This hit the Philippine peso hardest, but the fix is universal. The Japanese yen was also normalized to the standard ¥ so it matches the rest of the app.
- No action needed: open any existing invoice and the totals now read correctly.
Business Identity on Your Invoices
- New **Business & Invoice Details** section in your profile lets you set a business name, address, Tax ID, and payment instructions once and have them flow onto every invoice you send.
- When set, your invoice PDF leads with your business name as the masthead and shows a full sender block: name, email, phone, address, and Tax ID, so clients know exactly who the invoice is from.
- A dedicated **How to Pay** block carries your payment instructions, so clients see how to pay without asking. Set it once in your profile and it appears on every invoice.
- Haven't filled these in yet? Invoices fall back gracefully to the previous clean layout, so nothing breaks until you're ready.
Redesigned Invoice PDF
- **A cleaner, more professional invoice.** Your business name now sits at the top as a wordmark masthead, with a richer From block beneath it.
- The **How to Pay** panel fills the space opposite the totals that used to sit empty, balancing the layout and giving payment details a home.
- Line items are laid out as a crisp data table with thin rules, the invoice number now appears in the footer, and the DRAFT watermark is consistently centered.
Control Where Your Notification Emails Go
- **One master switch for all notification emails.** A new **Email Notifications** toggle at the top of your profile settings turns every notification email on or off in one place. The per-type Email and SMS toggles still work underneath it, so you can fine-tune what you get once email is on.
- **SMS stays independent.** The master switch gates email only. Your SMS notifications keep working on their own toggles regardless of how it's set.
- **Send notifications to the inbox you actually check.** You can now set a custom delivery email, so budget alerts, income notifications, and your monthly report can route to a dedicated finance inbox (e.g. finance@yourbusiness.com) instead of your account email.
- **Leave it blank to keep things as they were.** With no delivery email set, notifications go to your account email exactly as before. The master switch defaults to on, so nothing changes for you unless you want it to.
- Two things stay put for safety: password-reset emails always go to your account email, and invoices still go to your client. This setting covers your own notification emails only.
Fixes
- **Smoother dashboard card carousel.** The account cards now shuffle continuously when they rotate: the next card slides up as the current one is dealt off the top, replacing the brief freeze where a card used to fade out before the next one appeared.
- **The sidebar now highlights the page you're on.** Choosing a section in the sidebar highlights it as active again, so it's always clear where you are.
- The changelog no longer shows two *Latest* badges at once. Two versions were both marked current; now only the newest carries the Latest badge.
