Clearer Financial Health, Flexible Invoicing, and Notifications You Control

See where your finances stand and keep invoice tracking true to what happened outside the app. The redesigned Health Ledger puts your score, verdict, five health pillars, supporting evidence, and most important next action into one direct view. Invoices can now be marked as sent or paid without sending an email, while invoice and receipt delivery remain available when you choose them. Reports stays focused on deeper analysis, and Transaction Statements now line up cleanly from opening balance to closing balance. Your settings have been reorganised into sections instead of one long page, notification controls have grown from three switches to nine grouped by what they are for, and email delivery has moved to a dedicated provider so the messages you asked for actually arrive.

A Dashboard That Gives You an Answer
  • Your financial position comes first. When enough data is available, the dashboard opens with your health score, a plain-spoken verdict, your weakest area, and one action that can actually improve it.
  • Five questions expose the whole picture. The new Health Ledger grades solvency, liquidity, savings, debt management, and cash flow in aligned rows, with the real evidence behind every grade.
  • No fake certainty. If your finances do not contain enough information for a fair diagnosis, the dashboard says what is missing instead of handing you a misleading score.
Evidence, Not Decoration
  • The numbers that matter are visible at a glance. Net worth, current-month income, expenses, and surplus or deficit sit in one compact evidence strip.
  • The detail follows the diagnosis. Six-month cash flow, budget pressure, accounts and debt, and recent activity now support the verdict in a clear reading order.
  • Less motion, more meaning. The account carousel, animated counters, drawing score ring, looping AI teaser, and staggered entrance effects are gone.
Quick Actions, Kept Close
  • The useful shortcuts stayed. Add income, add an expense, transfer money, or pay debt directly from the dashboard without turning the page into another widget collection.
  • Every recommendation leads somewhere real. Health Ledger actions open an existing workflow or take you to the relevant part of the app; there are no decorative buttons or invented targets.
Invoice Status Without Mandatory Email
  • Record what happened, even when it happened outside the app. Mark a draft invoice as sent without emailing it, so hand-delivered or separately shared invoices still have the right status.
  • Email only when you choose to. Invoice and paid-receipt delivery are optional and start unchecked each time; the choice appears when the client has an email address.
  • Payment tracking stays accurate. Mark a sent or overdue invoice as paid with the payment date, with or without sending a receipt.
  • A delivery problem does not undo your work. If a selected email cannot be sent, the new status stays saved and you can retry delivery from the invoice.
Notifications You Actually Control
  • Nine controls instead of three. Choose individually whether to hear about overdue invoices, security changes, savings goal milestones, finished imports, unusually large expenses, recorded payments, budget limits, income, and your monthly report.
  • Grouped by what they are for. Security, Reports, Alerts, and Activity are separate sections, so finding the one switch you came for does not mean reading all of them.
  • Quiet by default where it matters. Notifications that would arrive many times a month start switched off, so your inbox stays useful. Anything you had already turned on stays on.
  • Set your own threshold for large expenses. Pick the amount that counts as large for you, and only hear about the ones above it.
  • The list stays a readable size. Preferences scroll inside their own panel, so the page does not get longer every time a new notification is added.
Alerts That Were Missing
  • Overdue invoices now tell you. When invoices pass their due date without payment, you get one summary listing all of them, not one email per invoice.
  • Password changes are announced. If your password changes, you hear about it, whether it happened in the app or through a reset link.
  • Savings goals mark the moment. Reaching halfway or fully funding a goal is worth knowing about.
  • Imports report back. A finished CSV import tells you how many transactions landed.
Settings, Reorganised
  • Sections instead of one long scroll. Profile, Security, Notifications, and Data & Privacy are now separate pages you can move between directly.
  • Notification links land where they should. The Manage preferences link in every email now opens your notification settings, not the top of a page you then have to scroll.
  • Business details live with invoicing. Sender details used on invoices only appear if you actually invoice.
  • Exporting your data is no longer filed under danger. Data & Privacy holds both your export and the destructive actions, and the export is no longer styled like a warning.
Email That Behaves
  • Replies reach you. When a client replies to an invoice or receipt, the reply now goes to your own address instead of an unattended mailbox.
  • Phone numbers are no longer limited to one country. Any international number can be saved.
  • Important messages are protected. Password resets and invoices to your clients are never held back to make room for routine updates.
Reports Without Repetition
  • The duplicate Overview is gone. Financial health, summary cards, and the net-worth overview now live where they belong: on the dashboard.
  • Reports starts with analysis. Income & Expenses, Budget Analytics, and Statements remain available for the deeper work the dashboard should not try to duplicate.
  • Transaction Statements line up properly. Date, Description, Category, Budget Status, Amount, and Balance now use evenly spaced columns, with opening and closing balances aligned to the same grid.
